DescriptionThe project manager role will lead the overall program
management of the implementation of a best in class managed account
program across Wealth Management. The Program is high profile and
spans across multiple lines of business and functions. The goal of
the Program is to transform the operating model for managed
accounts and reduce the number of technology platforms currently
-in place. The impact will be more capacity for growth, enhanced
operational controls and efficiency. The PMO is responsible for
providing transparency, governance and coordination across the
program as well as with other related programs. This is a top
priority change management and transformative program with strong
senior leadership support.Skills & Experience
- Ability to synthesize -information to formulate a -message -for
Senior -Management
- Prior experience creating high quality presentations used for
executive level management communication and transparency into
program strategy and progress
- Understands broad-ranging information and new concepts quickly
and able to distil into key points
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to
communicate to senior stakeholders
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills including ability to foster a
collaborative, positive work environment with stakeholders and
peers
- 5+ years of prior experience in financial services industry,
preferably in wealth management or investments organizations
- Experience in project management, management consulting, change
management supporting large scale business and technology
initiatives
- Must be a self-starter with track record of setting an
achieving goals and the ability to handling competing priorities
and diverse stakeholders in a matrixed reporting environment
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office products'
(PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Data and analytical experience (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.);
use of data visualization skills (e.g. Tableau) preferred -Role:
- Centrally coordinate PMO activities for all managed account
platform initiatives; program status tracking, communication to
executive stakeholders and ownership of monthly governance and
reporting processes
- Coordinate -implementation readiness activities: field training
and communication, obtaining relevance change management governance
approvals, etc.
- Creation of CEO-level executive presentations and
communications
- Preparation, execution, and follows ups of management meetings,
business reviews and offsites
- Lead post-implementation activities: create reporting and
analytics on adoption of new tools, host daily production huddles
to isolate production issues for communication to field, etc.
- Coordinate technology and budget planning processes for managed
accounts roadmap
- Demonstrate team spirit and strong collaboration skills across
