Our client is looking for an Entry - Level Accountant to join their team in Newark, NJ. This Entry - Level Accountant position will have room for career growth and added responsibilities over time for someone looking to grow within the organization!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr - $23/hr

Position Overview:

The Entry - Level Accountant will be working alongside the Accounting team and reporting to the Senior Accountant. Those in the Entry - Level Accountant position will be looking to learn and gain experience in a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating they are hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy. Communication is incredibly important when working with this Accounting team. This Entry - Level Accountant position is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate to show off their previous experience and begin their career with a growing company!

Responsibilities of the Entry - Level Accountant:

A/P and A/R responsibilities
Prepare and post entries
Review general ledger accounts
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and projections
Reconcile statements and maintain an accurate accounts payable schedule

Qualifications of the Entry - Level Accountant:

0 - 2 years of experience
Experience with QuickBooks
Proficient in Excel
Time management skills
Well organized and a multitasker

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is required
