Job Classification:Finance & Accounting - Finance & AccountingPGIM Quantitative Solutions ("PGIM Quant") seeks a Planning and Analysis Specialist to assist in various aspects of reporting and forecasting, product profitability, and ad-hoc requests to support the growth of the business.PGIM Quant is a leader in quantitative equity investing and multi-asset solutions. PGIM Quant manages nearly $120 billion on behalf of institutional and individual investors around the world. PGIM Quant is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prudential Global Investment Management, Inc. ("PGIM"), the asset management arm of Prudential Financial (NYSE: PRU).The candidate should be able to manage multiple high-priority deliverables independently, manipulate and analyze large and complex data sets, and write and communicate effectively. The candidate will be expected to interact directly with senior level management, including the CFO, CIO, and Head of Distribution. The candidate will also be expected to partner with various business functions to drive successful outcomes.Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly analysis of financial results
  • Develop long-term forecasts to aid business planning
  • Create various management reporting and analysis packages
  • Generate insightful analytics that clearly communicate and present key business drivers and trends to senior management
  • Prepare product and business line profitability analysisAdditional Responsibilities
    • Key member of project team charged with rebuilding the forecast process in Anaplan, a next generation technology increasingly utilized in place of Excel
    • Identify and implement process improvements
    • Complete ad hoc projects as required by senior management or key business partnersQualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree with a major in Finance or Accounting, with 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
      • Proven interest in financial services; experience in the asset management industry a plus
      • Highly motivated and creative problem solver
      • Collaborative and team-oriented style
      • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
