Arria serves multiple industry verticals including Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Pharma, Consumer Product Goods, Consumer Research, News and Media, Journalism, and Sports Analytics.Arria is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the strategy, development, and maintenance of lead generation through online promotions across Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and all social channels.As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising and online campaigns. This position is primarily focused on paid search ads within the Google and Bing advertising platforms. Campaigns will also include retargeting, display, and video ads. This position includes strategy, budget allocation, and hands-on research, implementation, optimization, and reporting on campaigns. Looking for an individual contributor who can work seamlessly with in-house and partner teams.The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. Responsibilities* Setup and ongoing optimization and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns* Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs* Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis* Management of ad budgets, text ad creative, and keyword research* Perform digital advertising audits* Ability to self-manage multiple tasks with effective resolution of conflicting priorities* Ability to articulate value proposition in both copy and visual form* Actively collaborate with account managers to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives* Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines* Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently* Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions* Experience in business intelligence/enterprise software marketingQualifications* Minimum of 4 years of Google Ads account management experience required* Google Analytics experience* Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising* Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums, and social media and an understanding of how all of these channels work together with advertising* Experience with Salesforce a plus* Experience with Hubspot a plus
